Case Study 1
Problem Statement: Customer has a website, but the only way to find it is by searching on the company name. No combination of keywords puts the customer in the top 10 pages of search results for their field.
Solution: Arctic Media did a website SEO evaluation for the customer. We identified a number of issues in the website code and a lack of relevant content. Arctic Media then performed a four week SEO overhaul for the customer and identified a number of online strategies to pursue to improve their search results.

  • Customer can now be found in the top 10 search results for a number of keywords, competing with national level businesses

Case Study 1 - Job Board Uploads
Problem Statement: Customer is a staffing company that has several hundred open positions at any given time. Their current Customer Relationship Management system is not flexible enough to integrate with Job Boards to post these positions online. As a result 20+ hours of work per week are invested in manually posting and updating jobs.
Solution: Arctic Media designed and developed a custom application that takes the jobs out of the database and allows the customer to create bulk import files for job board websites.

  • Workload reduced from 20+ hours to 30 minutes per week
  • Enabled the customer to use an additional 10 job board websites

Case Study 2 - Paperwork
Problem Statement: Customer is a staffing company that works with hundreds of temps. When a temp is hired, they have to fill out a number of employment documents. These documents were generally faxxed, emailed, or sent via Fed-Ex. Customer needed to find a faster and more affordable way of handling this documentation.
Solution: Arctic Media worked with the customer to build an electronic document management and signing system. Documents could now be assigned to individual temps, who then could log on and fill out all their paperwork.

  • Reduced average document turn-around time from 14 days to 2 days
  • Reduced annual costs in sending documents in the mail by thousands of dollars
  • Made document management and tracking significantly easier for QA purposes
